Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bitmax Technology, we aim to provide clear and fair policies for our clients. Here's how refunds and cancellations work:

General Policy

• Full Refund: Cancel within 5 days of payment for a 100% refund, if major work hasn’t started.
• Refund Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 8 working days.
• Important: Refund requests made after 7 days of payment are not eligible.
• Partial Refund: Cancel between 5 to 7 days — deductions may apply for work done. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 7–8 days.
• Renewal Cancellations: Cancel at least 10 days before next billing to avoid auto-renewal.
• After Renewal: If cancelled after renewal starts, charges apply based on work done.
• Non-Usage: Charges apply even if services aren’t used after signup, due to resource allocation.

SEO Services Policy

We strive to improve SEO performance, but cannot control search engine behavior. Therefore, no refunds for:

• Search engine algorithm or policy changes.
• Wrong/incomplete info from the client.
• Using other SEO providers during our service.
• Client or third-party changes to the website affecting SEO.
• Fluctuations in rankings (we do not guarantee top positions).

We are committed to delivering the best results with full effort.
